Zeekr, the premium electric brand making waves in Europe, has unveiled its latest model: the Zeekr 7X. Designed with global families in mind, this all-electric midsize SUV combines cutting-edge technology, performance, and practicality to redefine expectations for electric driving.

Let’s take a closer look at why the Zeekr 7X might just be the perfect fit for Europe’s evolving automotive market.

Bold Design with a Premium Edge

The Zeekr 7X’s striking appearance reflects its Scandinavian design roots. Developed in Gothenburg, Sweden, the SUV boasts clean lines, a sleek profile, and distinctive Matrix LED headlights. It introduces Zeekr’s new front-end design for Europe, combining elegance with functionality.

    Key exterior highlights:

    • Dynamic proportions: 4,787mm long, 1,650mm high, and a 2,900mm wheelbase.
    • Enhanced practicality: A 539-litre rear boot and a 66-litre front storage area (“frunk”).
    • Optional 21-inch alloy wheels: Giving it a confident and commanding road presence.

Inside, the Zeekr 7X offers space akin to a full-size SUV while maintaining the agility of a midsize. It’s designed as a sanctuary for up to five occupants, offering:

    • Luxury materials and finishes.
    • Heated, cooled, and massaging front seats (available on the Performance AWD with the Comfort Package).
    • Electric front and rear doors, adding convenience and a premium touch.

    Technology at the Core

As a software-defined vehicle, the Zeekr 7X leverages powerful digital systems to deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience:

    • 16-inch HD touchscreen: Fast, responsive, and paired with Zeekr’s latest navigation system.
    • AI voice assistant (ZeekrGPT): Drivers can control settings hands-free, ensuring their focus stays on the road.
    • Augmented Reality HUD: A 36.2-inch display projects key information directly in the driver’s line of sight.

Tech-savvy families will also appreciate Zeekr’s comprehensive driver assistance systems, including:

    • Adaptive Cruise Control
    • 3D Digital Surround View Monitoring
    • Automatic Park Assist

Over-the-air (OTA) updates mean the 7X will continue improving over time, adding new features and functionality.

    Electrifying Performance

The Zeekr 7X caters to both performance enthusiasts and long-range commuters with its two configurations:

    1. Long Range RWD:
      • Single-motor setup delivering 310kW (421PS) and 440Nm of torque.
      • Impressive range of up to 615km (WLTP).
    2. Performance AWD:
      • Dual motors generating 470kW (639PS) and 710Nm of torque.
      • 0-100km/h in just 3.8 seconds.

For off-road adventures, the Performance AWD includes an off-road mode and optional active air suspension, increasing ground clearance by up to 45mm for rougher terrains.

    Ultra-Fast Charging and Future-Proof Tech

The Zeekr 7X sets itself apart with its cutting-edge 800V electrical architecture, enabling ultra-fast charging. Using a 360kW charger:

    • 10-80% charge takes just 13 minutes for the Premium model.
    • Long Range and Performance models achieve the same in 16 minutes.

For overnight convenience, a 22kW on-board charger allows the battery to fully replenish in 4.5 to 5.5 hours, depending on the variant.

    The battery options include:

    • 75kWh LFP (Golden battery) for the Premium model.
    • 100kWh NMC packs for Long Range and Performance versions, offering higher energy density.

    Pricing and Availability

The Zeekr 7X is now available for order in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway, with first customer deliveries expected in summer 2025. Launch prices are as follows:

    • Netherlands: €52,990 (incl. VAT)
    • Sweden: 579,000 SEK (incl. VAT)

    Zeekr’s 5+5 Warranty

Reflecting confidence in its build quality, Zeekr offers a 5+5 year warranty:

    • Five years or 100,000km of cover, extendable to ten years (200,000km) with scheduled servicing.
    • The high-voltage battery is covered for eight years or 200,000km.
